I love sitting at work with my in ear noise canceling headphones in with no music on. I love being able to clearly hear myself breathing. It can actually be more calming, at times, than listening to to actual music.

I really can't explain how happy I am to be going to New York City. I'm getting a tattoo while I'm there after I go to Alex Grey's studio for some artwork. Fucking a-right dude. I am so excited to finally travel to NYC and The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors. It's seriously going to be a life changing experience for me. I cannot wait.

I went the entire day yesterday without smoking a single cigarette. Pretty good if I must say so myself. I can quit whenever I want to. I honestly can. A lot of people say that and it means nothing. For me things are much different. I can laugh about it because when I say it I can actually follow through with it. Nice.

Something that really makes me super happy is the fact that they found material with Hendrix that has been previously unreleased. I can't wait to hear it.
